Question by HisChamp1: Can I find an attorney for a Calif. Prop.36 case?
Prop. 36 is a court ordered drug program which was voted in by taxpayers to avoid the revolving syndrome of jail for drug dependent defendants only. Originally started in Arizona. Being the defendant in a Prop. 36 case normally does not require an attorney, but my case has been complicated by a mental health issue which the Prop. 36 class providers stated that was a reason for not graduating me from Prop. 36 as I was scheduled to. Need help/referral ASAP!

PrePaid Legal is great. I use it all the time, you can talk to them about anything.
