    I feel for you Mandeep. The government bodies and authorities often misuse
    their authorities and often make choices and actions based on their own
    liking and feelings. If they feel like barring you, they’ll just do it. If
    they feel like keeping you on the blacklist, they’ll do it. They’ll do
    anything nowadays because the Malaysian people doesn’t stand up to our own
    rights and acknowledge that we KNOW our rights.

    The civil servant at PTPTN had ‘wrongly exercised his or her discretion’
    and thus this boo boo. Just what is the standard operating procedure (SOP)
    when a borrower is prompt in his/her repayment and he/she had settled all
    outstandings? Someone got to pay for the shame and insult caused.
